A deeper understanding of mental health challenges and practical response strategies. Suitable for employees, volunteers, and support roles.

Modules include:

  • Recognising anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-harm, and substance misuse
  • How to talk to someone in distress
  • Practical support tips (grounding techniques, active listening)
  • Using the Mental Health Action Plan
  • Signposting responsibly

Includes techniques to manage anxiety and reduce panic responses.

Supervising Mental Health in the Workplace – Level 3

Duration: 2 days | FAA and OFQUAL Accredited
Ideal for line managers, HR staff, and wellbeing leads. This course focuses on supporting mental health in the workplace with confidence and responsibility.

Modules include:

  • Understanding workplace mental health duties
  • How to conduct safe, compassionate conversations
  • Recognising and managing stress and burnout
  • Creating mental health action plans
  • Tips for managing anxiety and low mood among team members

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 Award (RQF)

Accredited 1-Day Course
Provides participants with essential lifesaving skills and knowledge.

  • Assessing an incident
  • Managing an unresponsive casualty (CPR,     recovery position)
  • Dealing with choking, bleeding, shock, burns
  • Minor injuries (cuts, sprains, eye injuries)
  • Seizures and fainting
