Who’s behind Puzzle Academy Project
Liana Suteu
Liana Suteu is a Mental Health Instructor with a unique background that bridges media, communication, and psychology. After more than a decade of experience in media, advertising, and journalism, including running her own business in event organisation, Liana made a profound life decision: to reset her path and dedicate her career to mental health education and advocacy.
Now based in the UK, Liana brings a strong foundation in communication, with a degree from the University of Social Sciences and a career shaped by storytelling, empathy, and deep listening. Her own diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood has further deepened her understanding of neurodiversity and mental health challenges, fueling her passion for breaking stigma and supporting others on their journeys.
Liana holds an MSc in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), continually expanding her expertise as an educator and mentor. She is the founder of Puzzle Academy, an educational project designed to empower individuals through accessible, stigma-free mental health guidance and tools.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: we must learn to listen more and talk less. This principle is at the heart of her work, helping others feel seen, heard, and supported in their mental health journeys.
